Amino Acid Rich Foods for Athletes
Amino acids are the pieces protein is built from. You get them by eating protein foods, not by wishing the muscle back.
This list is a kitchen list. It is not a supplement stack. See high-protein foods for gram estimates and meals and metabolism for how it fits the week.
Foods that carry amino acids well

A mixed plate across the week beats a perfect single meal. If you eat little animal food, lean harder on soy, seeds, and grains that actually have protein, and consider a dietitian if you train hard.
Repair, then repeat. Book a session or complete intake. See Training.
